Auto-Rickshaw & Taxi
Take a taxi from Goa airport (Dabolim airport). Just 90 minutes and you are there at Romance Beach Resort!
When arriving from Mumbai or other cities with Konkan Railways, take a taxi from Margao (Madgaon). The Taxi trip takes about an hour.
A taxi ride from Palolem or Chaudi(Canacona) costs about 150 Rs. And auto-rickshaw 90 Rs .Of course you can take a regular (minibus) taxi ride from other beaches to us. it's only a really short ride! (Approx. 15min)
Fix the Taxi price before taking the ride as taxi from Goa airport or Margao prices are high.
BY LOCAL BUS TO AGONDA
Local buses run from Chaudi(Canacona) to Agonda throughout the day (Rs. 8-10), stopping at the T-junction near the church.
Some buses stop only at the bus stop on the road between Chaudi and Cabo De Rama at the Agonda junction (Bus stop name is Panna), so you have to walk for about a kilometer or two (0.74 miles) and you come to the T-junction opposite to the church in Agonda village.
From palolem you can wait the at main highway and wave to stop the passing bus.
From Margao, there are a few direct buses, or you can go to Chaudi and get another bus from there.
BY BIKE TO AGONDA
You can hire bikes in Agonda.
You can easily rent a scooter or motorbike from many hotels/resorts/small shops.
Prices vary, but an easy-to-drive scooter costs about 200 Rs. per day.
BY TRAIN TO GOA
Konkan Railways is an easy way to reach Goa.
When arriving from Mumbai (Bombay), possible train stops for exiting are Margao (Madgaon) or Chaudi (Canacona).
BY BUS TO GOA
Long distance buses, sleeper buses and all sort of VIP-Volvo-buses run Mumbai and from other cities to Margao.
These buses are not five star deluxe sleeper buses as taxi driver might say. So be aware of this before he fools you to buy the ticket to one of these.Ignore the snacks from the street vendor before entering the ride.There are cheaper long distance buses also available.
BY FLIGHT TO GOA
International flights usually arrive to Mumbai (Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, formerly Sahar).
From there take a taxi or an auto rickshaw to Domestic airport (also Chhatrapati Shivaji, but known as Santa Cruz).
If you have a connecting flight there's a free shuttle bus between the two airports.
There you can take a domestic flight to Goa (Dabolim Airport) for about 100 USD. It takes normally an hour by flicht to reach Goa and there are 11 flights per day.
Nowadays there are also direct chartered flights from U.K or Russia to Goa.
